Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) is one of the most popular undergraduate programs in Nepal, especially for students interested in pursuing careers in business, management, entrepreneurship, or public administration. The Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) is a four-year academic program designed to develop competent, skilled, and visionary managers for all sectors of organized activity—business, government, and non-profit. Objectives of the BBS Program
The BBS program is structured to:
1. Provide conceptual understanding of business and administration.

Duration of the Course
· Total Duration: 4 academic years
· Structure: Divided into First Year, Second Year, Third Year, and Fourth Year
· Total Marks: 2000 (including final project work)
· Teaching Days per Year: Minimum 150
· Instructional Hours: Minimum 615 hours per year
Requirements for Enrollment
To be eligible for the BBS program, a student must:
1. Have completed 10+2 (Higher Secondary Level) in business/commerce or equivalent.
2. Have studied English as a full paper in 10+2.
3. Have passed mathematics or economics as a full paper.
4. Meet the minimum marks as prescribed by TU or the respective campus.
5. Fulfill other specific requirements set by the college or university.

· FIN 254: Insurance and Risk Management
3. Marketing
· MKT 250: Fundamentals of Selling
· MKT 251: Customer Relationship Management
· MKT 252: Foreign Trade and Export Management in Nepal
· MKT 253: Fundamentals of Advertising
· MKT 254: Fundamentals of Services Marketing
4. Management

Final Project Work
· Mandatory field study of 4 weeks.
· The project should align with the chosen concentration.
· Evaluation includes a written report and a viva voce.
· Worth 50 marks.
Evaluation & Grading
· Final evaluation is done through annual board exams by TU.
· Attendance Requirement: Minimum 70% to be eligible for exams.
