NEB Publishes Revised Routine for Grade 12 Supplementary Exam 2082

Bhaktapur: The National Examination Board (NEB), Examination Control Office (Grade 11 and 12), Sanothimi, has released the revised timetable for the Grade 12 Supplementary (Make-Up) Examination 2082.

Eligibility

Students who appeared as regular candidates in the Grade 12 annual examination held in Baisakh 2082 (registration numbers starting with 81) are eligible if they:

  • Secured a minimum of grade D in other theoretical subjects, but received NG (Not Graded) in up to two subjects, or

  • Were absent in up to two subjects, or

  • Received NG/absent in one subject.

Revised Exam Dates & Time

Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Day 1: Ashoj 7, 2082 (Tuesday)

  • Compulsory English (0041)

  • Candidates appearing in only one subject must take their exam on this day, regardless of the subject.

  • Candidates appearing in two subjects must take the subject with the smaller code number first.

  • If appearing for both Compulsory English (0041) and Compulsory Nepali (0021), English will be held first, and Nepali will be on the second day.

Day 2: Ashoj 8, 2082 (Wednesday)

  • Candidates appearing in two subjects must take the larger code number subject.

  • Compulsory English (0041) will not be conducted on this day.

Important Exam Guidelines

  • The supplementary exam will be held only for two days.

  • No alternative arrangements will be made for absentees.

  • The exam will not be postponed due to sudden holidays unless officially notified by the Examination Control Office.

  • Students must bring their own graph paper, charts, log tables, Goswara vouchers, etc.

  • Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth, etc.) are strictly prohibited. If found, the exam will be cancelled.

  • Students must arrive at the exam center 15 minutes early and attend from their previously designated center (no center changes allowed).

The Examination Control Office has requested all related offices and students to follow the updated routine and instructions.
