This exam is for students who have completed a three-year Proficiency Certificate Level in Health Sciences from the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) or other recognized institutions and have studied the Pre-requisite Course.

Registration Application Form

• Deadline: 2082/05/13 (through respective schools)

• Registration Fee: Rs. 400 (without late fee)

• Late Submission: Up to 2082/05/17 with Rs. 800 per student

• Payment: Must be deposited in the Board’s account and submitted within office hours on the same day

Examination Application Form

• Deadline: 2082/05/20 (through respective schools)

• Exam Fee: Rs. 800 (without late fee)

• Late Submission: Up to 2082/05/24 with Rs. 1,600 per student

• Payment: Must be deposited in the Board’s account and submitted within office hours on the same day

Examination Schedule

Time: 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM

Practical Examination

• Schools must conduct the practical exams by 2082/05/24.

• Obtained marks should be submitted to the respective Board offices on time.
